Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized cricket bats or products personalized to your specifications.
- Items damaged due to improper use.

- Once approved, ship the item to the following address:
Plot No. 96, Sector 3, Shatabdi Nagar, Industrial Area, Partapur, Meerut, 250103 (U.P.). - Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
Refund Policy

- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- Ineligible returns will be sent back to the customer without refund.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of product inspection approval.
- For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the provided bank account.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for size or model issues within 7 days of delivery. The replacement will be shipped once we receive the original item in acceptable condition.
